I have purchased colour printer HP K109g on 18/01/2012 & it is not working.i have visited 2 times to your HP Service center(REDINGTON India) at kanpur but one of your employee is asking money from me.before buying this printer & also M1005 i learnd from many people that IN KANPUR Redington is giving very very poor service.i am attaching Scan copy of bill for your reference.
