I purchase a moble v4u product code M 200 1pcs with order no 1000067160 amounting 2699+200 shipping and delevered on 21.05.2012 but mobile is defective as it heated up quickly.I lodged the complain for it. they said to parcel it with cash memo and application.i parcel the product with cashmemo and application on 7/7/2012. but till now i didn’t get return back.also they cut the telephone call when i want to know about my mobile.
