Sir, i have purchased MTS data card (no is 8453420563) from a dealer Mr. Rakesh (mob No is 9620671777) 12 days ago and and i submitted all the relevant documents to him and my varification also completed 06 days before but still my data card not started. and Mr. rakesh not picking my phone and customer care not providing any information regarding Mr. Rakesh what should i do?
