I, Khalid haji Osman aged 61 senior citizen had requested PORT of my mobile no 7666912822 from Reliance GSM to Vodaphone
last month I had paid the balance bill amount alst received to reliance but had not received any new bill for usage used between porting of 8 to 10 days for which my current operator ,Vodaphone not only stopped my outgoing and incoming calls but it was Completely dead for which I suffered loss of business, goodwill and reputation
of myself and my company. Lastly I went to Reliance webworld took duplicate bill and made the payment of Rs.180 on Friday 26.4.2013 but till date my service has not been activate inspite of requesting Customer Care of Vodaphone. Start my phone immediately.
I request Vodaphone to send bills by courier on time to receive payments on time from our side.
