Company has taken the order of medicine and i have to call everyday for delivery of the medicine, In each call, i have given the mobile number and delivery address, even then when called next day the healthsaverz team is saying we donot have the told address with them. Healthsaverz is fooling the people and consumer of medicine. Every time the healthsaverz person picksup the call he takes the delivery address again and conveys that this will be communicated to Backend team. I donot know whether the same is really communicated and the details taken from consumer are updated in the system.
Worst Service i have faced till now.
