I had purchased new MTS MBLAZE postpaid connection
(No. 8104349745) on 26/06/2015 from Malviya Nagar Sector 9 Jaipur. When it got
activated on 27/06/2015, I checked the downloading
speed which was only 10.0 Kbps to 20.0Kbps I immediately called
the representative of that MTS store who informed me
that the tower that covers my area caught fire and will
be okay within a day or two. Next day I used my data card but not connected my PC or mobile after I went to service center as on 28/06/2015 they changed my data card, I again
checked & the same issue was still there. Co-
incidentally, I got the welcome call from customer care
executive & I explained him the problem. Then he
informed me that the connectivity issue…

MT S company is cheater in telecom sector. it is changed my plan without my confirmation. my no is 8104178350. i was activated 40 gb unlimited plan in my data card at the time of purchase. MTS was changed my plan without confirmation. i was called to customer care excutive for same he told me u r lucky person ” aapko 15 gb wala plan mila h same rate me. naye customer ko is plan me 12 gb hi milta h.
