I bought Lenovo A 600 plus from flipkart, I was very enthusiastic. I started using it after 19 June and on first day itself i saw that battery drains in 2 hours maximum. The screen goes blank even when the call is not on , as proximity sensor is not working properly.
I have written to lenovo FB page and they said to contact customer care. Yesterday i talked with three representative for almost 1 hour and was given different solutions but still it is of new use
Flipkart keep on sending me sms that i will be getting call from them , but till day i have not got any call.
Please change the phone, i dont have patience to go through this process again and again. This is cheating and very irresponsible behavior from flipkart and lenovo .
As you are the seller. I think full responsibility is with you, i have purchased goods with thousand of rupees from your site and i think you should respect my patronage as well understand frustration and disappointment
