MTS online recharge cheating

I have been recharging my mother’s MTS mobile connection through MTS online recharge facility. Recently I was cheated by the company when I made an online transaction for Rs.500/- on February 2nd and the phone was not recharged. When I called customer service 3-4 times I was told that since it was the weekend it would happen after 2 days. After several follow ups for 45 days and giving supportngs of bank statements etc. I was informed that another number had been recharged instead of my mothers number and that hey could not refund the money. This is prepostrous!!!! The number was very different and it was not possible that there was an error in typing. This was MTSs way of denying me my refund… Please let me know the procedure for filing a formal complaint against the company.
