Name of company/service: MTS MLAZE,INTERNET SERVICE
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a MTS MLAZE Internet service postpaid consumer,my data card no is 9143255841. I am using mts service from December.2011. I am using mts,s second highest rental plan on Rs.799 + 12.36% Service Tax(Total Rs.897.75 per month).
Since the service was activated they are creating harrasment. First MTS miss sell the service,The person who sold me the DONGLE told me that I have to pay Rs.799 per month only including the service tax. Then they send me next month bill with service tax,so I stop the payment & MTS disconnect my internet service, Then I contacted on of MTS’s executive,Mr. Rahul Singha Roy,and told that I was told that my service is including service tax. Then he appolized for miss commitment of their salesman. MTS Mlaze has a very poor collection format,so almost every month after my bill is generated I called either to their toll free numbers or their collection agents to collect my bill from my home. Every month MTS MLAZE disconnect my service prior or post to due date without any communication with me. Then every month I called Mr.Rahul Singha Roy,that i have paid my bill and please connect my service.
I am suffered every month just because they have a poor collection system. They dont bother about consumer’s problem.
It is my earnest request to you,Is their any law regarding Internet Services In India exist,where a consumer’s connection can be disconnected without any communication with the consumer just because a delay of bill payment.
