CUSTOMER HARASSMENT & POOR COMMITMENTS

I took my 1st postpaid connection of Relience Postpaid Connection from PO-Berhampore Dist Murshidabad which is my Home town on 29th of September 2012. My Mobile No is “7679222327”. I applied for the Relience plan “599 simply unlimited” but the person in Relience Outlet in Berhampore stated me that the “599 simply unlimited plan” is only for CORPORATE Users only & they improvise me to take “149 Plan”… I told them that the customer care told me that I can avail 599 simply unlimited plan but they denied again & again … A complete harassment. I went out from Kolkata to Berhampore only to avail my postpaid connection as my residential proof is of Berhampore. I went out for something & I got something else… Latter on when I came back to Kolkata again I talked to The Customer care & they provided me the same as i want. What i wanna mean that they turned off my 149 plan & switched me to 599 plan when they got my REQUEST… My request no was “SR 188563469”. The Request was launced on 2nd OCt 12 & activated on 03rd Oct 12. I want to mention that the name of the Representative from Berhampore Relience Outlet is Mr. Ujjwal Das.
& they are the solitary Provider of Relience Postpaid Connection in Berhampore.

There after on 08th Oct 2012 suddenly I found that my Relience Connection is Barred i.e. (all outgoings are stopped) around 8:30 Pm… I called the Customer care & they stated me that I need to provide all the documents again to the nearest Relience Outlet. When I asked they about the reason or cause why they at 1st denied to say any thing but latter on I pressurised them & they told me that My address proof was mismatching… I have to take over lots of Harassment just to know the reason of resubmitting my documents… Completely MindFuc**ng…
On the next Day i.e. is on 09.10.2012 I went out to Relience House located in Parkstreet Near parkstreet Crossing Kolkata… I requested them to take my documents & to activate my connection then they simply replied me that Your connection have to be get cancelled cause you will not be able to avail it again due to your CAF has not been submitted to the Relience, from the date of activation if the CAF did not reach to Relience then The Number will get closed or it cannot be reactivated again… Again a complete Harassment…

This is the incident which caused me lots of Suffering & Harassment… Get 1 Postpaid connection of Relience & get free Suffering & harassment Free of Cost.

Am I resposable for Misplaced of CAF from Relience Outlet?
Why Relience Didnt Inform me to resubmit my documents again b4 getting me BARRED?
Why the Customer Care didnt act Correctly & why they not provided me the Correct Information at first?
I applied for Cancelling my Service of Relience on 09th Oct 12 by written application In Reliance House but still It didnt get cancelled yet on 10th Oct12.
Sir I didnt want any kind of Compensation from Reliance… But all the Irresponsible Persons working In Reliance Should be get Fired Immediately… Cause Lots of Anirban will suffer again… & Reliance should get a good lesson…
