MTS is providing very less(10kbps speed in 3.1 mbps connection)

Hi..
I Have taken 3.1 mbps connection (10 GB unlimited) but i am getting only 10 kbps download speed.When I am calling to the customer care number (18002081955 toll free),after some computerized speech they are not forward to the call to the technical person.I am really suffering too.This company should be banned in immediate effect.

    same prob facing by me.. and really it’s not good in services..
