movie amount was not refunded

I have booked ticket for vishwaroopam on 23 -1-2013, for 8 members show on 26-1-13 for each members they charged 150Rs… totally they took 1200Rs from my account…since the movie got banned they have refunded only 1170Rs the amount on 25 -1-13… I spoke with the costumer care of the theater…he told it is the gateway charge something like that but this is not a proper way to charge it…I would like to log a complaint over them and kindly request you to give my money 30Rs back…
