Morphy Richards Worst Service

Location/place: Ghaziabad

I bought a morphy richards cafe express coffee maker on 12/03/2012 with 2 years guarantee.
Which is valid till 12/03/2014. At the usage frequency of 1 to 2 brew a day, the product started malfunctioning in the month of . It is a high pressure product (like a pressure cooker) which forms steam. The steam started coming out from the water inlet. According to the company policy they provide home service. I called a number of times to the customer support and finally one day an engineer came to diagnose the product.
He told that it is a small issue which would be fixed with changing the gasket. He asked for a week time and went. I waited for a week and asked him if the part has arrived and he said it will take a few days. After waiting for one more week i took the product myself to the service center (Fair deals) located at Navyug Market Ghaziabad. They asked for one week time. But they failed to get the replacement part within the time as Promised.

The product was left there for more than one and a half month. After a number of calls and visits to the service center finally they managed to get the replacement part (as the told).
In my next visit they handed over the product to me and told that it is fixed. But when i bought it to home and checked, it was not working as it should.
I dialed the service center number immediately and told them about the issue, and they said not to bring back the product and they are not going to fix it at any cost.
And till date it is not fixed.
I filed a number of complaints to the morphy richards toll-free helpline but no response.
Shame on such a bad service.
