We had purchased one Akai LED TV in the month of march 2013 from Mumbai. We had installed this TV in our residence in Kerala in the month of April 2013 but some technical problems had started from the first week of July 2013. Regarding this we complained Akai customer care. One of the technician from Akai center had visited our house and he told that “main board has some problem so it should be replaced” and he told that for the main board they have to order from head of the Akai center. But till date we didn’t get any response from Akai center regarding our complaint in spite of several calls they had not responded.
So it is requested to kindly do the needful for the same as early as possible.
