Bought duo chopper one year back and the product is still in warranrty.Some problem came in the motor and I registered complain with the service center.Talked to service manager of Delhi area Mr Madan to get the product replaced as the product could not be repaired.From that time the problem phase started.Mr Madan started ignoring all my call and this continued for almost two and a half weeks.Pissed off from such irresponsible behaviour shown by service manager of a renowned company I decided to contact the service head ,Delhi Mr Abhishek.On stating him the entire problem to my surprise he behaved rudely and told me that it is not his responsibility to get the product replaced and to look after the problem myself. I just want to say to morphy rechards that if your company has such kind of people looking after service in Delhi then the time is not far that people will completely stop purchasing any of your products and the company would not just loose upon the customers but the image as well.
