money taken form UBISLATE 7+ in march 2012 but still no delivery of product

Dear Sir,
I , have already booked Ubislate 7+ on 1st March 2012, My Booking Id is – “PM682452741”
more than six month is over and I don’t get any mail or any call from DATAWIND. I have also paid the amount Rs. -2999 by cheque No-“055006” dated 05-03-2012, which was debited from my bank Account on 19-03-2012.
they are also not replying my mails ..
