I ordered an online offer by Yepme which contain Brown Sunglasses, Sports Shoes,Travel Bag & Tracksuit!I paid them 1999/- on receiving the products on 28 Oct 2012. But when I opened the bag I found that the quality of the products was very cheap and that was beyond my expectation. I decided to return the product to YEPME. I called them on their customer care number 0124-6703300 and they gave me my complain number11408 . They promised me to pay me back my money within 5 to 7 days and return of product within 2 -3 days. But it has passed more than 5 days and they have not send anyone to pickup their product. I have been trying to contact them continuously on their customer care number but both of the numbers are not working. I send them many mails but they are not replying.
