I have been wrongly charged for the usage of vodafone services saying that i have exceeded my credit limit of my card. On approaching them, vodafone agreed that their is a mistake in the bill but still did not respond to my complaint and they have asked me to pay the entire amount saying since the bill is already generated they cannot do anything about it and if i do nt pay they will block all services. It has already been four days sunce i registered a complaint and they have not responded yet. I sincerely request you to help me with this.
