I want to register my complaint about the continue disgusting behaviour of the Executives or reliance communication. Actually i am using reliance GSM number 8010747968 registered on my name Chetan
Sehrawat from last 2-3 years.

In my number i took sms pack worth 26 rs i year ago and every month reliance renew it automatically
but in may 2013 it was deactivated automatically by reliance. Then i contacted the customer care many
times to know the reason behind it and everytime they fail to process it so then i decided to not activate
any sms pack on my reliance number 8010747968 but yesterday i.e on 23-06-2013 they renewed it automatically by themselves so i again contacted many times and again i get nothing from their side so i decided that i will go with this sms pack but when i messaged from it then i came to know that my normal charges are applied on it and no sms pack is activated by reliance so again i want to contact to
reliance customer care but this time they block my number to make call to them as when i was dialing
customer care number the call is not forwarded to the executives and all time call is disconnected
automatically but then again on 23-06-2013 a message cam to my number that my sms pack is renewed
again and my 26 rs are deducted again.

So i just want my money back.
