I have paid online for a domestic holiday package in the month of May.
The details available with me are only what I had noted down from the site – and nothing else.

The amount of Rs.5499 has been debited to my ICICI card account on 13th May itself.
However my nephew in whose name I had booked has neither received any confirmation call nor have they been given any voucher etc to be claimed?
I have been trying to contact on the numbers given on the site – 01206722100 as the help line number and 01206402495 for the Noida office and 01123241777 for the darya ganj office.
But none of the numbers are responding.
I have been forced to register my grievance with the consumer forum, seeking their help
