dear sir,
my father”s policy number matured on march 2011 and since then the policy money has not been transferred to my mother account since my father expired on 20th march 2012. policy number is 433852009 and table number is T-122. after every visit the officers ensure that the amount will be transferred as soon as possible and since my mother is now in not in a position to visit over and again. kindly do the needful.
