Name of company/service: Country Vacations( A divison of Country Club (I) Ltd.
I have applied for country vacations on 20/06/2012 and given them a credit card payment of Rs.45,000/- and Rs.5000 is due. That same night @11.30pm on 20/06/2012. I gave them a call that I dont really need it as its of no use to me and conveyed Mr.Nikhil Pardeshi that you to cancel my membership he conveyed saying yes that cannot happen as once you enrolled yourself you cannot back out, if you wish to back out you will be faced a Penalty of 80% of the given amount will be deducted and you will only receive remaining 20%. However its was too late in the night so i requested him for an appointment with his Seniors to his office. We got the appointment for 25th of June @ their office at Connaught Place, Bund Garden Road Pune.411001. We met Mr. Nikhil Pardeshi along with Mr.Sam who is a customer care representative. He said that these things cannot happen for cancellation. I am stuck up with this i request you’ll to please arrange me to get my cash back.
The stamp paper of Rs.100/- is also not valid.
I have asked for cancellation that same day.
Requesting you to pls look into this.
