I had Accent got CNG Kit installed from Bindra Trading Company, but it turned out to be a disaster. His kit failed to get proper average; wirings were incomplete and jumbled up. This installation messed up my Accent Car’s performance of petrol engine. I was made run from pole to post umpteen times. After complaining numerous times, they attended my trouble with no use. Pickup of my car remained affected.
Kit was installed so badly that it started using gas and petrol at same time causing more damage to my car. I had paid 28000 for installed and had to pay double the amount to get the issues sorted later.
When their engineers failed to resolve the issue, they took my car to other dealer but it was not much of help. They stopped answering my calls and I had to call it quits losing my hard earned 28000 rupees.
This was the worst experience I ever had in terms of product and after sales service.
I was promised a warranty for 2 yrs but they denied serving me further after couple of visit resulting issue unresolved. They did not get my CNG kit registered which is against the law. I would like all to know that his kit had leakage for few months and remain unresolved in various attempt by their engineers unless I got it repaired it elsewhere
I have lost my hope with this company and running my car on petrol in spite of having gas kit installed.
Such a shame to Bindra Trading Company…!
I would suggest all to stay away from this fraud company and not waste your hard earned money with a company that does not care for their product and their customer’s satisfaction.
