Dear sir, as the shopbuykart and gobuykart company make fraudment with me of rs 109998/- till date I had paid Money as they called me 4 months ago related to products led tv and laptop, I had talk with anjali , ashutosh; dibakar chaudry whenever they said I paid all money , now the guy name with r k patnayak had talk with me , he said now gobuykart company takeover shopbuykart and they ‘ll refund all the money to respective person but now he didn’t pick m phone and whehenever he pick just bluffding with me . Here is the number of R K PATNAYAK +9136658878. Also the numebrs of shopbuykart company whom I talk with till date 08459917332; dibakar chaudy : 07838157212; if required I have all proof with me. Just help on priority.

i have also received the call from company saying your number has been selected and pay rs. 14999 and you will get led tv & laptop. but i have read this post and saved from being fraud.
if they are doing frayd please take action against them or else they will cheat innocent people -
Same here , i also received the call but read reviews about these bull crap cheaters and avoided paying them a single penny. Everyone please be aware of these type of calls and lucrative offers, do some research before you put in your money.

Thanks For sharing such information & Experience. I also have received call from Ms. Sonia( Gobuykart) saying that my no. is selected for the offer (Laptop/ Led )amounting Rs. 14999-/-Thanks to all for sharing your feedback.

Similarly I had also received a call from Gobuykart .com on 15.01.201 from a lady saying “your number has been selected and pay Rs. 14999 thru Online Transfer to IDBI Bank Account and you will get Samsung LED TV & DELL Laptop which cost Rs.91,000/-”
I was really surprised and asked the lady how the can make huge loss? She informed that company is giving for Sales Promotion. But somehow, I did not believe. So, I told her that I would like to pay cash Rs. 14999/- and pick up the Samsung LED TV & DELL Laptop from their location.
She said that it is not possible. So, my doubt converted to belief and I had become very sure that the way they cheat people.
I asked them to send scan copy of a letter in their Printed Company Letterhead stating the offer and the money to deposit the Bank Account which should be signed by Authorised Signatory to my e-mail address.
The lady told me that she will ask her senior to call. After few minutes, a man called and informed the same. I simply advised to send scan copy of the Letter by e-mail.
I have neither received any e-mail nor any call from them.
Please remember, do not buy any product without having any written proof. -

I Lalit Sharma would urge everyone not to believe in their fraud lucrative offer. This is totally a fraud call. Let us come together and teach them a lesson.
I also got call from the same number stating that you are the lucky winner and will get Samsung LED and Dell Laptop worth Rs. 97000/ at Rs.14999/ which the company is taking towards Registration.
I am really shocked to read all the fraud mails. Was under the impression that the caller is geniun and was thinking to deposit Rs.14999/- tomorrow. But Really V V V Shock to hear the same.
HAVE NOT DEPOSITED SINGLE PENNY TILL NOW>>>>

When you get a phone call, ask yourself four questions: Who is calling me and what is their purpose? Why are they hurrying me on the phone? Are they asking me to pay for something? What time is it? If you discover yourself doubting the caller, immediately end the call. Keeping these tips in mind will help protect you from identity theft and fraud.
Determining Phone Fraud
• Remember that legitimate telemarketers are required to inform you it’s a sales call, the seller’s name, and what exactly they are selling. They must tell you all this information before they begin their sales pitch. If they do not, immediately end the call.
• If you’re feeling rushed or more nervous as you’re listening to the salesperson, this is your warning that they might be trying to pressure you into something that is not legitimate. Do not be rushed as most genuine businesses will permit you time to think things over as well as provide written information before asking you to commit.
• If the salesperson on the phone says something is free, then you should not have to pay a cent. Warning bells should be going off if you are instantly asked for money immediately after being told it was free.
• It is important to remember that telemarketers are only permitted to call between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
• Don’t be afraid to tell a person not to call you again. Once you put them on notice that you don’t want to receive any more phone calls on them, they are not allowed to call you again.
Reporting Phone Fraud
• If you want to help stop these fraudulent phone calls, report all suspicious activity to the Federal Trade Commission by calling 1-877-FTC-HELP.
• You can also register your telephone number on the National Do Not Call Registry by calling 1-888-382-1222.
• If any violations occur once you’ve put your number on the National Do Not Call Registry, report violations by calling 1-888-382-1222. -
Same is happend here I deposited 4999/- in 0170102000018063 idbi bank they told me they will send lenovo k4 note mobile in taxable amount in 48hr today 48 days ago nothing is received n the numbers I called 8459749629 shweta now she replied it’s Ngo
N 8459917274 abhishek he replied it’s Reliance capital ha ha ha really I laughed on my self I had e mailed to delhi police but no reply plz guys we can find them from account number.
