I have received Invoice to purchase Saral TDS Software from Ralyon Softech Ltd.I have got Invoice by email.Invoice number was RSL/CSD/54007 DATED.18/02/2015 of Rs.5056/-
That marketing Executive Mr.B Siva Rama Krishna,Region:CSD/CSD-Hyderabadm has asked to go through ‘team Viewer then as He operated and asked me to follow.He has deducted twice as Rs.7721/- and Rs.5056/-
That after that no amount showing in my account with Ralyon Softech not they refunded any money nor responding my call.
That I have send then email ,several mobile calls,online complain through their website.and till time i have not get any answer against my complain.that i am giving detail below what i had written them.
That it is requested to yo kindly look into this matter.

I have received Invoice Number RSL/CSD/54007 DATED 18-02-2015 of Rs.5056.00.That MrB.Siva Rama Krishna Mobile No9160877713(Marketing Exe)had instructed be Team Viewer to pay against Invoice.That I was familiar with on line payment.So He make everything and when I watch then payment was made 7721/- instead Rs.5056/-.then he asked me to try another time and the payment was made Rs.5056/.That Both amount deducted from my credit Card dated 18th Feb 2015 to Relyon Softech Ltd.
That after many call Mr.B.Siva Rama Krishna niether responce me nor solve my problems.
that I had also inform to mobile number 919160877720 to solve my problems on saturday and i have been assured that you complain has been forwarded and will solve by monday.
that till today it has not been solved.
That after login my account by Customer Id that is showing that Invoice has not been paid.
So it is therefore requested to kindly solve my complain and refund my excess amount and credit my account by invoice amount.
that it is not fair that your Marketing Executive not picking my call and he is making situation critical.
that I hope you will take necessary action as soon as possible.
