Money Debited from my account and not been credited to beneficiary

Hi Team,

I am Manasa from hyderabad. My icici bank Account Number is 004001596368. I have transferred RS.13000 to a SBI account 00000030252969961 on 2/04/2015, Thursday. I got the message like Money has been credited to beneficiary on 4-04-2015 morning. But actually the money has not been credited to them nor it returned back to my account.ICICI bank customer care people are telling that the money is credited to beneficiary. and i should raise a complaint to SBI. But SBI people are not taking any complaint because the transaction has not been initiated from SBI. Please help me in getting my money back. While doing the transaction i have given the IFSC code of other branch. The IFSC code that i have given is SBIN0010641. The correct IFSC code is SBIN0004202.
