BUS TICKET

I booked Tickets form PAYTM for Mumbai-Mahabaleshwar return journey. But I cancelled the tickets.

As per cancellation policy if tickets are cancel before 60 hours from date of departure then refund will be 90 percentage and I have cancelled the tickets on 8th April 2015 which is much before 60 hours from date of departure which is 4th May 2015 for Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar and 8th May 2015 for Mahabaleshwar to Mumbai.

When I wrote several mails to them then I received following reply

50% Between 24 Hrs. to 48Hrs.
75% Between 48 Hrs. to 60Hrs.
90% Before 60 Hrs.

And you already have Rs 200 as a cash back .

However, I would suggest you to please continue your journey to avoid the loss of Payment.
