I have buy Alcatel sms Express mobile IMEI -A1000008607D43 from Purohit ( India ) infocomm ,borivali west on date 15 Aug 2012. After start using this phone it automatically get switch off . I go to service centre on after 3 days their person told me that they will give DOA FOR REPLACEMENT OF PHONE . I call at service centre on 20 Aug 2012 lady said ” come here we are giving DOA ” I went there then I came to know that they have not filed my complaint n on 20 they filed complaint n told me that within a week he will call me. After week I have called them then he was saying company is not ready for replacement he will repair when part come from company . On Monday 10th Sept I called them he was saying that my phone has repaired you come here and collect it. I went n then saying it has not repaired come on next Monday. Today I have again call them lady was saying till it has not repaired part has not yet came from company . I told her that I am going to do complaint at consumer forum then she said yes you can. Till the date I didn’t get my phone only I have got foolish answer ……
