I booked a maruti swift from mohan motors true value of EM bypass, Kolkata by paying Rs.10000 but the finance company HDFC didnt passed the auto loan.I have written a letter to mohan motors requesting for the refund of the deposit but they denied to refund my money back.please advice on how can I get my money back.
