sir arun chaitanya, i have worked in a company for 1 year and shifted to another company called sns web solution http://www.snswebsolutions.net/ last month on 17th march. I have joined in the middle of the month.I was selected to pay 15 thousand every month till 3 months and after that 18thousand. after joining i asked them to give id card and job offer letter, they said they will give me but havent gave me. i was staying in hyderabad, and i was actually from visakhapatnam i never depended on parents.i asked them please clear my complete salary for this 14 days but haven’t cleared completely they are giving me in a parts like 1000 each time.one day i don’t have money to attend office , but they said they will give salary so i walked around 15 km to reach office in time and i thought they will give salary early so that i can have lunch also with that, thats my state just having 3 rupees in my pocket. i was expecting to get my salary and haven’t got it , and it was evening i haven’t had breakfast and lunch i asked them for salary they came and said wait upto monday (actually it was tuesday 15-4-2014 when i asked them salary )., i said i cant wait till sir i have 3 rupees in my pocket and shown my purse , they said u have to adjust. i was shocked. i compromise and asked 500 at least for this four days to travel charges. he said he will give and went out. all this happened at 6pm in the evening, he went out to bring money , i was totally hungry and my eyes are turning, i thought he will bring money i waited 2 hours with that hungry and weakness, he never came and i called him but he is not lifting and cutting my call. i was so angry . finally you wont believe i went of saying i will come monday for salary please clear of total salary last month 2000 (balance ) and this month 6500 for 14 days. So in confirmation i called him but not lifted the call i messaged him in facebook he said i wont give do what ever you want. and abused me badly.
i need justice sir. i need my salary because i cant depend on parents, becoz i am basically from a below middle class family.
this is not only my problem sir there are more three persons like me who was suffering from this company
