Dear Sir,
I have purchaseModem of Micromex IEMI 91110105047899 on Dtd-16.06.2011 of bill no. 4234 from Shanker Electronics & Mobiles (Distributes of Micromax/PH. No. 02982-230998 & Mob.-982812790)Tin No. 08022451295, Barmer, Rajsthan. After nine month (under guarantee period one year) modem is not working. I deposit modem atShanker Electronics & Mobiles on dated 03.05.2012 for repair but the Shanker Electronics & Mobiles neither returned the modem nor replace modem.
Please peruse this complain as earliest as possible.
