fraud in services

Sir I have purchased Idea 3G Netsetter (Data card) on 26th june 2012. It worked well on 26th but after that it does not work well. We had purchased Idea’s 3G services because it use to provide good speed in surfing but now the company is saying that we can not use 3G services as haldwani is out of 3G network. Now I feel like cheated as if Idea company does not have 3G towers in small towns like Haldwani then why they are selling their products here. I either want my money back or good internet service.
