I had submitted iberry Auxus N1 mobile for service in kolkata with ticket NO. 942821 but from the time i have given it in service i became a sorry figure.
I think my continous calling at the customer support/service centre not bothering iberry. From the day i.e. 24/03/2014 i have given my mobile for service which is under warranty i am regreting myself that iam associated with iberry because they dont care about customers. After writng so many emails and verbal communications havent provided me delivery of my mobile set. Its now nearly one and a half month since i have given my mobile in iberry service centre kolkata and whenever iam inquiring the status of my mobile only one and the same kind of line is repeated…”the defected part is not available therefore it will took another 10-15 days” and this way taken over a month’s time already. This is very unprofessional & unethical behaviour on their part. Because of this iam sufering since they havent provided me any replacement of mobile set and due to this my working and personal life is suffering.
This is mental torture and total harrasment on their part.
At the time of launching the company promised to provide good service but at this time this is not happening. For more than one month i am trying my level best to communicate so that mobile set be given back to me but nothing is happening.
Since they are unable to provide the same and trying to keep me harrasing, i am demanding from them that they should provide me with another upgraded version of mobile of same value.
As a consumer, i am filing this complaint against mobile manufacture company Iberry because of their harrasment and mental fatique.
Please do the necessary action as soon as possible.
