Dr shikha sharma diet company nutrihealth is absolutely rubbish and jus a way of fooling customers the main dietician is never in touch and has no clue on what happen I joined her program in sep 2013 and weigh the same today infact in between had to discontinue as I got deficiencies that the dietcian could not even see .now when I ask them for half refund as their program has not worked they simply convince on trying snother month but refusing to refund and understand the problem. .if u are serious about your health or well being pls dont ever join them. Also save ur family and friends from this trap
