Informed you that on 21 feb 2014, i purchased “HTC DESIRE 500” from Nehru Place,New Delhi worth Rs 18800. After 3 months it start problem like auto switch off . I called to HTC service centre they refers me to their sevice centre and update my cell but then also problem persists. again it starts creating problem i called again serive centre responce was same as previous they refers me to their service centre (meanwhile i waste 1.5 months of my mobile warranty without using it). then they summit my mobile for repair on 27 -09-2014 & gave me job sheet no.14INA390013559 . whenever i called them they reply me sir your mobile is on hold as parts are not available. its more than 20 days still they rae telling me that parts will be availabe on 29 -10 -2014( again waste my 1.5 months of warranty).so sir please take some action against them as they are foooling me.
