2. sir/madm i took mobile with one year warrenty of Rs 10475 and from when i took it giving problem of switch off automatically.
when i visit checkpoint they just update software, format and return.
this time they took my phone for 10 days technical verification with refernce to above mentioned Jobsheet.
but today is the 16th day which i given my phone. and whenever i call them or visit to checkpoint they just reply me that it will take 2-3 days more.
today also i called and today 5th time also same reply that 2-3 days.
personally i am poor and Rs 10474 is big amount for me.
i worked day night for buy this phone.
Kindly request you to resolve my problem.
