It is painful to approach your good office regarding Two Grievances which are as under :-
1. Non supply of 25 MM CURVO (Common Keys) combitious – 30 nos.
2. 32 nos. of Sultry saten nickel finish lock.
On 3/01/2014 we paid Rs: 150000/- against our order to M/s. Fateh Chand Bhagwan Das, Agra your Dealer and further we paid on demand Rs: 11799/- Rs: 8350/- Rs: 8750/-. We draw your kind attention that against our order since January, 2014 25 MM Curvo (common Keys) combitious – 30nos have not been supplied by the dealer inspite of personal representation &/or on phone calls.
Lastly we approached your Mumbai office where some Mr. Shivran advised us to talk to Mr. Anand Shukla, Lucknow. When we contacted Mr. Anand Shukla, he advised to talk to Mr. Arun Rajput, your representative, Agra explained short coming. Their was no solution. Again we were advice to write to Mr. Shobhit in tern when again we contacted Fateh Chand Bhagwan Das, who shewed unability to resolved the matter.
Under compelled circumstances we are approaching you to interwean in the matter to resolve bottleneck. We also made complaint of faulty supplied (manufacturing defect) of 32 nos. of Sultry saten nickel finish locks. In turn there is no solution.
Don’t you feel that we have been thrown on fences and are being forced to run from pillar to post. Have we done any sin in relying great name ‘GODREJ’.
Neither 32 common keys locks as above are being supplied nor any personal deployed to examine 32 nos. of Sultry saten nickel finish locks its manufacturing defect.
An early solution of our problem is requested. In other words are you or your local Dealer is not forcing us to take legal shelter against the supply and removal of the defect, where payment has already been paid in advance..
An early action is solicited to avoid further legal complications.
