Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
Mobile recharge-Shop keepers here charge extra 1/- Re or 2/-Rs on every recharge/top-ups from customers for change. Also don’t recharge amounting below Rs. 50/-.
Also on dish recharge charge 10 Rs/- extra saying Service charges.. This has been headache to all consumers in this city. Most for mobile recharges
Why do telecom companies themselves take any action on it.
This should be stopped considering customers view.
