I have a LG mobile (Model Number LG-E-450), which was purchased from “Cell Point”, Dabagardens Branch, Visakhapatnam purchased on November 30th 2013, Bill Number S17/JCP/11471.

After completion of 3 months the mobile starts to give me troubles, which was stucked automatically and restarts again…This is going on another 3 months…Now it was completely stucked and I gave it to the service cener. They told that there was a problem on board.

I approached the mobile show room first, they simply telling that is not their responsibility and giving very rash response. They simply telling they are not responsible.

The cost of cell is around 10,000/~ plus, they are telling even 50000 cells also have complaints..Simply telling they are responsible. Its really very very bad situation to the people. My question is who takes responsibility about this. Why don’t the companies replace the mobile if this type of problems arise.
