I had paid Rs. 10,000/- for One Year Subscription Charges for Bulls Eye Package on 24th March 2014, after long discussions with Ms Nazneen Farhan. She confirmed that due to Holi special offer, we are giving this for 6 Months, but in my case, she told that she has taken special permission from seniors for giving me for one year in the same cost. I also got confirmation E-mail from nazneen@hbjcapital,com, official e-mail of HBJ capital, only after that I made payment of Rs. 10,000/- on the assurance that very good quality services will be offered and one senior analyst will be attached with me for personnel guidance.
After receiving the payment by HBJ, they offered the services for 3 months only and I complained so many times on different mail ID’s. Once you get subscribed to some service, you start getting numbers of calls from different Sales executives, who are more interested in selling new services and no body bothered about the services for the already subscribed package. Below is the list of Persons, who called and I have sent E-mail reg above problem, but no body came with the answer. Every time, new Sales Executive calls you.
