i would like inform you that i have order a blackberry mobile from naaptol on seeing a news paper add from times of India, and the order # 1964147, cash on delivery,
i received the product by ten days, they told it is cash on delivery and i will allowed to open the parcel only after my payment then i paid in front of a blue dart delivery boy and found the product is used and damaged product at same time i called customer care executive and informed about the product damaged, he advised me to send it back to us and will repay by 15 working days and from then i calling them every time to get me repayment back they are just promising me false commitment that they are sending with in 21 days and 7 days, but never reached me please file a complaint on this matter and help me to get my money back my contact # 9663679212
