Flight Cancelled no assistance

Name of company/service: Go Airlines India Ltd

I booked a flight on 2nd June, 2012 from Srinagar to Chandigarh dated 6th July, 2012 through Go Airlines India Ltd. Flight no G8 154.
On 3rd of July I recieved a mail that my flight is cancelled on connecting to customer care no the executive only assured my travel arrangements from Srinagar to Delhi only and asked me to arrange my travel from Delhi to Chandigarh on my own.
On complaining the same to the superiors of Go Airlines India Ltd. they also told me the same thing.
I booked a flight one month back to save money and at the eleventh hour the company is cancelling the flight and asking me to arrange my travel from Delhi to Chandigarh which will add more burden on me.
Kindly help me in this issue.
