I had applied for MNP on 26-07-2012 and it got effectively changed from vodafone service to idea on 31-07-2012. After the MNP idea is tortcuring me by barring my incoming calls, unable to use online faclites(online recharge,dailer tone etc),undable to speak to custome care and finaaly they barred my outgoing calls without intimating me the reason and it has done at night. so that cutomer is helpless and face the problems. Idea company begin an Adity birla group I thought these people are good business person and have ethics and process in place. when I spoke to Idea care they said me the documents is incomplete my Question is if documents are incomplete than how did the porting happened. Irritating customer and not resolving the issues. Idea is the worst telecom to be used.
