I purchased a LCD TV 32″ from the LG Shoppe in the month of sep’11 with the scheme of 6Months installments thru HDFC credit card.
1st conversation with customer care:
On 2/07/12, spoke to a lady, after that i come to know that i am not paying the EMI & just paying the interest every month. She said there is no any request from from LG Shoppe for amount conversion into the 6 EMI . Than i want to the LG Shoppe for the same, they replied that transaction done on the 06M HDFC machine only & Machine no is 50045490 (evidence attached). There is no any error from LG side.
2nd conversation with customer care:
0n dated 9/07/12, spoke to Ms Mobina & conveyed message to her about all the incidents than she replied that “write a mail to this Email id, they will resolve your issue “ON PRIORITY”.”
I started to write mails to HDFC but no any response getting for the till now.
