Mobile not repaired since 02 months and service not responding

Name of company/service: Hitaishi enterprise (Micromax mobile service center)

I have given my mobile for repair to M/s. Hitaishi enterprise (Micromax mobile authorized service center, katargam, surat) on date 18.04.2012.
On every time enquiry, they informed mobile is in repair and parts are not yet received.
May before 15 days, center suddenly closed without any information to the customer.
On call they always informed, they call back and convey the status, but never done.
On call today, they informed mobile is not repaired and to take back from ther agency “krishna tour, nanopura”.
On my call, they given information, otherwise they will never inform
