Dear team
I want to inform you that, I have mobile phone a of micromax .after the getting mobile, my battery got damaged. For the battery i went every customer service office of micromax but result was fruitful.
After so many days I called to Delhi office of micromax,they provide me anthoer office of customer service office of micromax , named Salora International Ltd (M/s. Babli Media Center) as on 01.06.2013 they promised me that, after 7 days I will get battery. for the battery i have paid 300rs as advance. But still i have not get baterry and no one picking any phone call. i want my money back of this mobile. due to bad service. Still i am not asking any penalty against my time spent in between.
So please look into this matter and do the needful.
