Name of company/service: Sony Mobile Pvt. ltd.
I had purchased sony mobile (xperia neo L) costing Rs 18600. Just after 15 days i have found that their was an defect in that mobile. and went to sony mobiles servicing center in Margao, goa. but now 1 month went after i have given my mobile for repair and whenever i call them they just say that their is Problems going in between sony and Ericsson company. It will be done after this Problems solves. I am worried and doubtful i will get back mobile or not.
