Broadband speed

I am not even getting the 10% of the speed i got promised by the You Braodband.

I have subscribed for 12 mbps connection and my download quota is still remaining .Everytime I complain to customer care it works fine for 2 days and after that the result is below

Please dont by the broadband connections from this company
