Mobile in warranty but not giving me claim.

Name of company/service: Samsung India

i have a Samsung make mobile (Model: Primo) and it is under warranty and company not giving me claim, and giving excuses that my phone has been miss handled. My phone was last time serviced by company’s Bahadurgarh service center.

I objected that my phone is under warranty and i did not took third party service.

So as per warranty rules i must be provided with monetary compensation because i am without phone from last week.

It is a integral panel damage which can not be done by user it is mobile manufacturing fault and similar problem i have faced after just 10 days of buying it.
