Dear Sir,
I am Purchased the Nokia Asha311 on 25th August 2012 but within 24 hrs. create in a some problem like charging issue when I am connect the charger in the said mobile set when show the charging but phone didn’t charge with this I am visit the shop where as I am purchased it but shop manager says that you go to the nokia care.and 27th August I am visit the Nokia care centre and Nokia care centre Varun Enterprises WA-84, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092 engineer says that your set in Software problem so his updated the software and says that your set is oky and but I am checked problem same, so again I am visit Same Nokia Care with this issued now Engineer says that your set will be repaird our core engineer so your set forwarded to head office if you agry and when I am agry so Nokia care forward my set on head office and after 10th September 2012 I am received the set but issue same and again I am visit Nokia Care on 11th September 2012 and again I am submit and now I am received the set 18th September 2012 and now my mobile condition is same they didn’t repaird. Please attend my complaint as soon as possible.
